I would not recommend these suites for beauty professionals. While the interior initially appears nice, my experience as a tenant revealed serious concerns. The shampoo bowls were unclean, hair was left in brushes in the shared washroom, and the bathroom was poorly maintained.
Although my individual suite was well-designed, I was placed in a situation where an unlicensed hairstylist was working in the same space. As a licensed professional, this raised major concerns.
