My entire family has purchased frames here and have had nothing but consistently superior customer service. Unlike many similar establishments, I was given ample time to look at frames myself without feeling pressured or rushed. Of course, as soon as I was ready, Tracy was there to assist. She was extremely helpful when it came to making the final choices. I've worked with both Tracy and Erika and they both are guaranteed to go out of their way to see to it that you are happy in the end. I was particularly impressed that when I called - unknowingly - right as they were closing, Erika not only answered the phone but took an extra few minutes with me so my glasses could be processed when I know all they wanted to do was be done for the day! Highly recommend these ladies.

Awesome place. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Alan and Tracy are really knowledgeable and make the experience painless. All the others in Olney do not provide such exemplary customer service!
