I love Banfield Olney. The staff are very friendly and always make you feel like your pet is the most important one. Communicarion with the doctors us great, and I appreciate the option for video visits
Dr. Moore and her team are amazing! They are so welcoming and attentive. They make you and your pet feel like family! Been twice already and can't imagine taking my fur baby to anyone else!
If I could rate this location more than 5 stars I would! We had a scare with my pup last night and were recommended to follow up with primary care. After his brother died suddenly, we were eager to be seen and were able to secure an appointment at Banfield in Olney the next day.
Our pup didn't have any insurance or wellness plan and we were really unfamiliar with the whole thing. We made sure that we would enter the conversation guarded and not buy anything we didn't need, but this was 100% unnecessary.
