The absolute worst. They tell you to arrive 15 minutes early for a 30 minute session and the therapist arrived 15 late,. The 1st time okay but the 2nd time I was going to complain but she came in, 13 minutes late of course, and was telling me how hard it is to get her kids out on time. I was like okay but then she put in my record I left early so the session was cut short. This was a lie, because she was late and I left 45 minutes after my appointment time. I speak to management who says they will have it corrected. Of course that has not happened. I can tolerate almost anything but falsifying my records is definitely not okay.

My therapist was James and he was terrific. He pushed me to where I didn’t believe I couldn’t perform. He made me so confident in my own performance again physically since my stroke. I’m walking better and feel better because of how he pushed me but he did it in such a great way that it didn’t hurt but helped me. That you Jimmy. I’m forever grateful.

I have a great experience at the Pasadena Md location as I just started going there for my physical therapy needs. My therapist Michelle the main Pt there is a very detailed oriented theripist and takes the time to answer my questions I have about my physical therapy process. She has excellent bed side manners as well. The physical therapy aides are very great as well.keep up the awesome job.

I’ve been going to the Odenton location since last December, and I have been receiving great service. The staff members are all nice and there to help you. My therapist Michelle is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. She observes my every single movement when I exercise and shows me correct techniques, which helps me do real work there. Also, one snowy day, the parking lot was icy, so I was afraid of going to my car by myself after the therapy. Michelle and her assistant Bryonna volunteered to escort me even before I asked for it. It was freezing cold in the 20s, but they didn’t care. I put 5 stars for their professionalism, especially for their sympathy for patients and awareness of patients’ needs.

What a rip off ... they just have you do the exercises you are to do at home. Last session I was hurt so bad after the therapist aggressively massaging the problem area that my left left was numb for 5 days ... three days and after insurance over $350
