Screen Installation on 2 gable vents where one of those vents had a large electric blower covering it. It was a hard job on a ladder which took a skilled technician to do the job. He did an outstanding job installing the screen and wood framing around the screen requiring custom fitting on each frame section. His other helpers on the floor prepared the material and handed it up to him as needed. Together, everything was done to perfection in a surprisingly short amount of time. I have nothing but praise for the Fichtner Company and their work.
FICHTNER Home Exteriors replaced our roof over two days., 2/3/23- 2/4/23. The workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. They have excellent customer service. The salesman, Kevin West was very knowledgeable. Cheppy and his crew were extremely hard working and meticulous. The on-site supervisor, Jan, was very attentive and provided great customer service. Our yard and decks were spotless, When the work was completed. I would highly recommend them for roof repair, and roof replacement.
Overall good experience. Didn't have much issue getting a callback. Got an estimate in around a week. Only issue was not specifying a time on the day work was to be done. Would use again for roof issues.
