We're very happy with ProMaid. The service is consistent, reliable and professional. Matthew has been great. He's thorough, hard working, he listens, and always has a positive attitude. I also want to give a shout-out to Kathy at the home office. She is always so helpful with scheduling services. Kathy as the first link to ProMaid does a wonderful job communicating...great attitude.
