Salon by the Bay is a very welcoming and cozy hair salon that also offers nail services. I see Micalina for my hair care needs and I have been faithfully seeing her for over a year. I have fine long curly hair that needs the roots done every 4 weeks (I'm like 40% gray). Micalina is an absolute gem. She never tangles and rips on my hair when brushing or blowing out, which is incredible since most hair stylists I've had just do not know how to deal with fine hair. Love this small salon! They advertised in a FB group that they were open for business post COVID-19. I took a chance, myself, my mother and my daughter got haircuts. Carrie cut my Mom's hair in a cute pixie and gave my daughter long layers. Allie cut my hair shoulder length. Since then I've been getting my hair styled weekly. They also do mani/pedi's.
