I been dealing with Nancy and Royal Plus for about 8 years or more. Over the years, Royal Plus has provided service to my church, my daughter's home and my home. They are very easy to reach and you won't get an answering machine when you call. You will get a friendly, professional, knowledgeable receptionist ready to assist. I had a last minute electrical issue a few days before we had guests coming in. I called Royal and while scheduling was challenging due to technician availability they were able to fit me in the next day under an emergency on-call rate.
Since it was a rather unsafe issue, I was happy to quickly get it fixed. I received a call several hours after scheduling to let me know there was a cancellation and they could move me off of the emergency schedule into a standard appointment slot. This was much appreciated, as many companies likely would not have followed up in this way.

I reached out to Royal Plus a few weeks back via email. They were prompt in responding to my inquiry and let me know they were booking a few weeks out. I got on the schedule and my job was completed today. The office staff at Royal Plus were very communicative and even called about an earlier schedule opening for my job. The electrician, Mike, showed up on time and worked efficiently to get the job done. I never thought I’d be so happy about new outlets, but here we are. Thank you, Royal Plus!
