I reached out to Royal Plus a few weeks back via email. They were prompt in responding to my inquiry and let me know they were booking a few weeks out. On the eve of a winter storm (5 inches and ice) The main electric panel to our home failed. With buzzing and live arcing seen coming from the breakers we feared the possibility of a fire. One phone call to Royal Plus and (Tony) arrived as the snow started to fall. He made our home safe and explained what was needed to correct our issues. The next step was a complete panel replacement. In ONE DAY the installer ( Vince) had our service meter pulled, Old burnt Panel removed and a New panel installed with everything needed to bring our home up to code.

Very efficient, professional, arriving on time. Clearly, Mike and Todd, our installers, were very knowledgeable in their skillset of the installation of our 5 fans, explaining the operation of the remote controls as well. Very fair pricing for a job well done.
In exiting, they cleared out the boxes and left our home clean of any debris. We would definately recommend and call on this co again if needed in the future; working with Nancy to schedule was top notch as well. A++ to this great crew!
