Royal Plus initially did a great job helping my dad and me with major upgrades (ethernet drops, fan boxes, recessed lighting, and strip lights).<br><br>However, getting the final punch list items wrapped up has required multiple follow-ups and service calls. We're currently waiting on a resolution for a defective recessed light fixture and startup voltage lag on the office dimmer circuit. Nancy and the team have been responsive and stand behind their work, so I'm hopeful that once the replacement fixture and dimmer compatibility are fully sorted out on the next visit, I can update this back to 5 stars.”
