It wasn't an emergency but they still scheduled me quickly. The plumber arrived on time, was professional, friendly and completed the job in a timely manner. The fee was appropriate. They were recommended to me and I in turn recommend them.
I had previously used Poseidon to replace my water heater and was very happy with their service. This time I had issues with water leaking from the tub facuet and shower head along with loose piping. Poseidon arrived on-time, professional demeanor, and completed the job quickly and as expected. New hardware looks great and functions perfectly. Friendly service. Would definitely recommend.
Service was done by Tyler. He did an excellent job! Everything was explained as he went along. Very methodical in his work. Cleaned up completely and made sure everything was in proper order before he left. He also asked if I had any questions. If anything occurred to me later, he stated just to call. Excellent excellent service!
