3 words: Horrible consumer service. Let me tell you to why. I (Latina woman who was born here and speaks perfect English ) walked inside the nail salon and asked a man who worked there, the most basic questions such as of how much was a gel manicure or how much was it to fix a set of gel nails that I already had on. The man looked at me all confused and didn’t want to answer my questions at all. I re-explained myself and pointed to my nails, and he said “you have your nails already done” and I told him “can you put new gel ones on or filled them?” But as soon as I said that, he literally turned his back on me, continued by the register, and said nothing to me....read full review

terrible. the guy made my fingers bleed. he was so aggressive. my nails are all different lengths and shapes. i asked for them long and he made them so short. they are not friendly people at all. DO NOT come here

Terrible. I wish I checked the reviews. They did the thing where they say they can take you immediately and stick you in a tub so you can't leave. Checked me for a callus removal but all he did was wipe on solution and wipe it off. He shoved the file tip under my nail so hard I actually screamed (so embarrassing). Older lady applied polish so thick that my husband made fun of me. So they took up 2 hours of my day, charged me $20 more than most places, hurt me and I had horrible looking nails when they were done. I guess I should be happy they started chipping the next day. I wish I had looked at my phone and seen the reviews.
