Kristin at Ocean City Yoga is an absolute gem and helped save our friends trip! A group of us were all set to go to Florida for a friends vacation, but had to cancel our flights due to Hurricane Milton. We pivoted to Ocean City, Maryland with no concrete plans other than to spend time together. On a whim, we looked for local yoga classes and Ocean City Yoga had a beach yoga all levels flow class the following morning at 10:30. I texted Kristin to ask if she had yoga mats we could use and she was quick to respond and accommodating.

I have been a client of Kristin and her team of instructors with Ocean City Yoga for the last few years. My brother lives nearby and I always make it a point to take a class (or 2 or 3) when I am in town visiting. Being on the beach with morning yoga is truly a unique and very special way to start the day. Kristin has the innate ability to adapt to her audience and on our last session my sister and niece attended with me. We are all three at different places with our yoga practices and yet each of us was able to leave the class feeling great about our practice and amazing in general.
