Mallard Exteriors is a business that customers describe as honest and friendly. The owner seemed very honest and gave a timeline of the project. The crew got the job done faster than expected and cleaned up like they had not even been there. One customer was glad to spend the couple hundred extra dollars and would recommend Mallard. Another customer felt obligated to mention the experience: other companies wanted to replace the entire roof, but the repair was reasonably priced and completed in a timely manner. The owner and his wife treated customers more like friends than customers. The owner was phenomenal, replaced a damaged roof quickly, did a fantastic job, and also replaced some siding and a few other things noticed when on site. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and delivered on everything promised. Two houses were done by them and they were always honest, showed up on time and finished on time. Hard to find honest people these days.
I needed a new roof and I got 3 quotes. I chose Mallard when they were the highest estimate. I spoke with the owner Jeff and he seemed very honest.
He gave me a timeline of the project of when it would start and how long it would take. He actually got the job done faster than he thought!
The crew cleaned up like they had not even been there.
I am glad I spent the couple hundred extra dollars. There are few few good contractors around, but I would recommend Mallard.
I’ve never posted a review of anything in my life but I feel obligated to mention my experience with Mallard Exteriors in OCMD. Jeff repaired/replaced a roof cap on a small bayside beach home. Other companies wanted to replace the entire roof. The repair was reasonably priced and completed in a timely manner. Jeff and his wife treated us more like friends than customers. Thanks you for the help.
Jeff was phenomenal! Replaced our damaged roof quickly and did a fantastic job! He also replaced some siding that was damaged and a few other things that he noticed when on site. Very friendly and knowledgeable, delivered on everything he promised. Highly recommend to any person needing work done!
