I was only in town for a week, I went every morning. They say they open at 6:00AM Monday-Saturday but they were there at 5:30AM letting you in, on Sunday at 7:00 but let us in at 6:30AM. The place was cleaned and everything you needed for a good work-out.

A great gym with lots of parking. They have so many different options that are reasonably priced. I like that they allow you to do Punch Cards. I think that is a cool option for someone who comes down on the weekends. Gym is very clean and they have a lot of equipment. The staff is also super nice and others in the gym seem friendly.
