“We had the greatest experience with Sweetwater Contracting who was responsible for the installation of our front door at our condo in Ocean City, MD. What complicated the installation was that we were not there but three hours away in PA. The manager of our project , Jack, was beyond expectations. He started communicating the day before in preparation for readiness. On the installation day he sent me a link depicting each step in the process via a contractor Cam - I’m still recovering from that one. We also communicated via text regarding any questions that arose as the project continued. Upon completion we communicated regarding any final discussions. I can’t say enough about Jack and his professionalism, knowledge, customer support and overall great attitude !! A job well done and it felt like I was there !!!! Thanks“
