Cinnamon's vet experience was great. She didn't even flinch when she received her vaccinations. Information was easy to understand and staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The vet was fine, however, I had to wait for the person to check me because she was consulting the person in front of me for treatment of her cat. I stepped away for a moment because my dog was being restless and pulling on the leash and when I came back two minutes later when she was finally free, she said I was late for my appointment by like 3 minutes. I told her I was there on time for my appointment but you were talking to the lady in front of me about her cat and she acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. Angie was great. The best customer service I've gotten anywhere. In a long time. I kept thinking to myself. Man, she must really like what she does. Informative and enthusiastic. Loved her!
