After our house burned down we were worried we would not be able to rebuild. Modern Remodeling helped us get our house rebuilt with some custom changes, all within budget. They were great and willing to work with us the whole time.
I have had such a wonderful experience with this company. I filed a homeowners claim back in February 2025 and after 7 months, we finally got our new roof. I couldn’t have gotten through this process if it wasn’t for our project manager, Tom. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and was always available to answer my questions. Without his help, I would have given up with the insurance company months ago. The roof repair itself was efficient and seamless. I am extremely satisfied with Modern Remodeling and I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for any work done on your home!
My house had damage from a tornado. Shortly after, my insurance company had a cyberattack & shut down the entire process for weeks. Shane Hollman, GC helped me through the entire process while dealing with the insurance issue. When this was resolved, he had the contractors set up immediately & the work was completed in a timely manner. I am very happy with the results of the work and recommend Modern for any home renovation needs and/or any repairs needed from any natural disaster.
