So pleased with Modern Remodeling. This is the second time they've done home improvement jobs for us. The first time they installed hardwood floors for the entire floor. We still get compliments. This time they worked on several jobs, including screening in the back porch. Thrilled with the end result. In both cases, the interaction with Modern Remodeling both in the office and onsite, was personable, friendly, easy, and professional.
Excellent company. Got some roof repair/waterproofing, drywall work, HVAC insulation, and painting done. Everything was done to an excellent standard, at a fair price, and in a timely manner.
Frank, my main point of contact, went above and beyond in completing the work and ensuring that I was satisfied with everything before calling the job complete. He was very communicative throughout the process, making sure I knew what was being done and why, and accommodating to my schedule.

We reached out to Modern Remodeling on a tight timeline to replace our gutters before listing our house, and they delivered. From the initial call to installation, everything was completed within two weeks, including new gutters and downspouts for both our home and our attached neighbor’s. The finished result looks great and really boosted our curb appeal. We’ll definitely be using them again for projects at our new home. Highly recommend.
