Friendly, competent, and helpful staff. Practitioners (Dr. Alvi) are prepared for follow up visits, have reviewed test results, and provides clear explanations and guidance in handling chronic and recent issues. As a “senior citizen,” I appreciate her care, demeanor, and advice.
Dr. Alvi is truly amazing. I’ve been a patient of hers for over 5 years. She’s so patient and warm hearted. I feel she actually cares about her patients and is always so professional. Her office staff is the true definition of customer service. They always answer any questions and return all phone calls promptly.
I always feel heard by Dr Alvi and Ms Pierce CRNP. An experience that is not so common these days. I never feel rushed. They always patiently and kindly listen my concerns, and always deliver the care to address them. Also, the wait time to see them is typically not too long. The rest of the office staff are great too.
