We use their service for 7 years. Mostly for spring/fall HVAC checkup. But when there is a problem, they are ALWAYS available and provide great service. Honest, hard working, with great service plan.
I had a great experience with AirPro. Elton came by to check my HVAC system, explained everything clearly, and even tested my capacitor right in front of me, showing that it was still within range. This was refreshing after another company had been pushing me to replace it since 2022. Elton’s honesty and professionalism stood out, and I felt confident signing a yearly agreement with them. Highly recommend AirPro if you’re second-guessing your current provider!
I rarely leave reviews but felt obligated because of the "above and beyond" service of this company, and specifically, of Elton. We unfortunately found ourselves with several HVAC and heating issues due to poor maintenance of a house we purchased. Elton has helped us several times coming to the house, installing a new A/C unit, repairing another old unit, evaluating our ducts, heating system installation recommendations. He is such an honest man, I cannot say enough good things. He has shown us time and again that he is professional, responsive, kind and his focus is clearly to help people.
