Kristy, you have been doing my nails since 2008, I know you were not able to do them last week and I don’t know what I was thinking off to go someplace else for a quick fix after they were done my nails look like M&Ms, once again, you fix somebody else’s mess I will drive the one and a half hours that it takes for me to get to you gladly once again thank you

I’ve been coming here for the past couple of months. I don’t see any tech in particular, just whoever is available. They always do a good job. They also just made some upgrades which I love.Loving the colors I chose this time around. My nails and toes look fantastic just in time for the holidays.My only con would be that they took down the price list, so you can’t truly estimate what your total is going to be if you decide to switch from your usual. It’s very obvious that they’re talking about the price and pretty much deciding on the fly what the total will be.Great service! I’d just love more price clarity. Bonus points if they started to serve wine or Prosecco...read full review

I received excellent customer service from the nail technicians each time I have visited the salon. They always do an outstanding job. The salon is very clean. They accept walk-ins and are open 7 days a week. I always leave happy! I highly recommend Vivi Nail Spa of Rockville.
