Parking was easy with the nearby garage, which already made the visit stress-free before I even walked in. The front desk team was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful — they even asked for my size ahead of my Aescape session so the outfit provided for the treatment was ready and comfortable.

The spa itself feels calm the moment you enter. I was brought to a beautiful waiting area with dim lighting and soothing music that immediately helped me relax and transition out of the busy day. The atmosphere felt polished but still cozy and peaceful.

When it was time for my appointment, I was guided into the Aescape room, and the experience was surprisingly seamless. Booking the Aescape massage was very easy, and the system is extremely intuitive to use.
