Their innovative approach to strengthening our offer avoided the frustrations of losing bids on houses, especially in this low inventory season. The process worked so well, our offer was accepted by the seller on the first house we made an offer on. Cannot say enough kind words about the staff...Extremely supportive and knowledgeable staff guided us faithfully through the process every step of the way. Great wisdom, expertise, and advice throughout. Cordial, friendly, courteous, polite and prompt. Absolutely the best!!!
