Craig at Lend Solid Mortgage was extremely helpful from start to finish always available to answer my questions and explain things clearly without making it feel overwhelming. What stood out most was how on top of everything he was. Nothing slipped through the cracks, and I never felt like I had to chase him for updates.

Craig kept everything moving and made the experience much less stressful overall. I’d definitely recommend working with him if you want someone who’s thorough, responsive, and genuinely cares about getting it done right.

Dan of LendSolid is, hands down, one of the best professionals I've ever worked with. He is thorough, responsive, knowledgeable, and consistent, which are all characteristics that are necessary when working with a mortgage lender. Dan is fantastic. He is knowledgeable, but moreover, patient and HONEST. There are no secrets, no hidden agendas and all the options are placed on the table. I have for the last nine years dealt with Dan, and in the future, it will only be Dan. I am old enough to be his Mom and he takes care of me as if I were his Mom.
