I had a wonderful experience at Privai Spa + Salon at Pike & Rose and will definitely be coming back.

Parking was easy with the nearby garage, which already made the visit stress-free before I even walked in. The front desk team was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful — they even asked for my size ahead of my Aescape session so the outfit provided for the treatment was ready and comfortable.

The spa itself feels calm the moment you enter. I was brought to a beautiful waiting area with dim lighting and soothing music that immediately helped me relax and transition out of the busy day. The atmosphere felt polished but still cozy and peaceful.

5 stars for Kayla who did my facial. She talked to me about my routine and even came up with some suggestions to help. So personable and my skin was absolutely glowing after. 4 stars for the spa overall. The relaxation area was cute. Some suggestions would be dimmed lights, blankets since many people are in their robes, and perhaps a glass of champagne to relax. I would love to see other amenities like a sauna, steam room, red light room as many other spas have them.
