Based on the reviews, LaserAway North Bethesda is a great place for laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, and lip filler. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The nurses, including Oreena, Gifty, and Caroline, are super friendly, comforting, and gentle. Caroline was fantastic, consistently checking in with comfort and making the experience a great one. Grace at the front desk is an absolute pleasure and super nice. Rachel was exact and considerate with lip filler. For laser hair removal, one reviewer had thick and dark hair and got close to their desired results, but noted expectations should be realistic. For laser tattoo removal, the pain was an 8.5/10, but the nurse was super sweet and assuring. A downside was that points from referrals could only cover a portion of a procedure, not the whole cost, which was disappointing for someone on a low budget. The business accepts Care Credit and offers different promotions throughout the year.
This place is SO lovely. Omg. So many good things to say. For starters, when you walk in, you will be greeted by Grace who is literally the kindest and loveliest receptionist that I have encountered in quite some time. She was thorough, efficient, and had the warmest smile. I actually showed up a bit early and they were kind enough to accommodate me and got my session for laser hair removal started right away. Orena performed the session for me and it was the best laser hair removal session I have had. She was systematic, symmetric, efficient, and also so kind and lovely. LaserAway deserves a 10 out of 5: Top tier group of people who work there, who not only help make the experience feel comfortable, but do an incredible job. I highly recommend Oreana - she is an injector wizard! I got Botox for my forhead lines and lip filler and could barely tell when Oreana was injecting my skin - the most minimal amount of pain I’ve ever endured getting injectables. She’s also incredibly nice and easy to talk to. I’m already loving my results and I just left from my first apportionment. :)
Russell and Angie were the most amazing and most talented people i’ve met today, They were the most helpful people ever and answered every question i needed to know. Customer service was out the roof amazing and i give this place a 5 star of how great there customer service was and how amazing the staff were.
