Based on the reviews, LaserAway North Bethesda is a great place for laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, and lip filler. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The nurses, including Oreena, Gifty, and Caroline, are super friendly, comforting, and gentle. Caroline was fantastic, consistently checking in with comfort and making the experience a great one. Grace at the front desk is an absolute pleasure and super nice. Rachel was exact and considerate with lip filler. For laser hair removal, one reviewer had thick and dark hair and got close to their desired results, but noted expectations should be realistic. For laser tattoo removal, the pain was an 8.5/10, but the nurse was super sweet and assuring. A downside was that points from referrals could only cover a portion of a procedure, not the whole cost, which was disappointing for someone on a low budget. The business accepts Care Credit and offers different promotions throughout the year.
I had such a wonderful experience! Grace was incredibly sweet and welcoming, thoughtfully preparing me with tea and a face cloth to remove my makeup before applying the numbing cream. She made me feel comfortable and cared for from the moment I arrived.
Caroline was extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire Thermage procedure. She carefully explained what the treatment does for my skin, what sensations to expect, and reassured me every step of the way with encouraging and positive affirmations. Their warmth, expertise, and attention to detail made the experience truly exceptional. Highly recommended!! Can’t wait for the results!!
I had a great experience with my laser technician Gifty. She was very professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. She explained everything clearly and made the experience smooth and relaxing. I truly appreciated her patience and care. Highly recommend!
