Federal Realty and Professional Security Consultant are foul companies. PSC hired me on as a Security officer which I had no issues with doing in the beginning . Then they offered me to do work as a receptionist with Federal Realty the company who contracts them. For 1 month and 2 weeks they informed me that I would be a receptionist doing work for Federal Realty and offered a pay raise. Awful, most selfish company you could ever deal with. Avoid dealing with these people AT ALL COSTS. There are much nicer properties that are managed far better, seek help elsewhere.

One of their contractors damaged my car with their leaf blower. It would be interesting if a contractor damaged your CEO’s car. I left a message with your “security” guard with the hope of a positive resolution. No response. Poor management and security. No respect for the public.
