I had an excellent experience at Comprehensive Sleep Care Center. The DME technician, Ajia, provided outstanding customer service and took the time to thoroughly educate me on the AirMini. I was impressed by her kindness, knowledge, professionalism, and patience throughout the process.
Ajia made sure all of my questions were answered and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She treated me with genuine care and respect, which made the experience both comfortable and reassuring.

My friend's doctor couldn't figure out why the filter in her Respironix was not replaceable. DME Technician Keaira came to the rescue! She discovered that the 2022 factory filter needed a screwdriver to come out, so that the new filter could snap into place. Keaira's patience and perseverance meant that my friend didn't need to replace the machine because of its non-standard part.
Ms. McNeil was very helpful and provided excellent service. What started as a bad experience with my hardware turned into one of the best customer service interaction of my year. Wow. Ms. McNeil and your front desk staff member are what I wish I could encounter at other companies I do business with throughout the year. What a pleasure encountering such wonderful staff members who do their job so well.
