“Our home inspector advised us to replace the electrical panel in our new home. We got quotes from several companies, but it was James at Northern Electric that stood out the most. Where other electricians came in and immediately started quoting big jobs, James helped reassure me that our current panel was working fine and how replacing it could benefit us in the long run. He presented a few options and send a no-pressure estimate for us to review.

When it came time to do the work, James and his team arrived right on time and did all the work in a hassle-free and professional manner. They even left the place cleaner than they found it! To top everything off, though, we discovered an issue later that evening once everyone had left and settled in for the night. I sent James a quick message hoping he could come out the next morning and was absolutely thrilled when he dropped what he was doing and arrived at our house at 10:45 in the evening to take care of it.
