Randy is professional, prompt and experienced. We needed a second opinion on trying to resolve an electrical issue that affected our a/c. Randy was able to come by with short notice and fixed part of our issue allowing us to resume using our a/c during extreme hot weather. We felt his rates were fair. Overall we were satisfied and would use him again. We would also recommend his services.
