After interviewing four firms we selected NYSA to totally remodel our master and basement bathrooms. We made a good choice. The crew was extremely courteous and conscientious in keeping the house as clean as possible during the project. The crew took great pride in their work, so the quality of the end product was good. There were a few "surprises" as they got behind the walls and inside the drop-in tub, but they handled them well......I'm certain that the other contractors would have demanded a change order and price increase. Also, NYSA allowed us to select and purchase our own materials (tile, tub, fixtures, granite, vanity, etc.). That resulted in cost... read full review
