Monocacy Chimney Care (MCC) has been servicing my woodstove and pellet stove for a number of years. The crews are knowledgeable, polite, competent, and tidy. The crews review the chimney internally and externally using cameras to document findings and conditions. Their recommendations are always fact based and supported by the pictures taken internally and/or while on the roof. Year over year MCC has been a partner providing great service in my home. This year, there was an oops with soot on my rug (cream wool). When I noticed the soot after the fact, I spoke to customer support (Emily) and was directed on how to handle the soot from my end. My woodstove was not burning efficiently and wasn’t heating my house correctly. Chris came out and fixed the problem within minutes. Now my wood burns slower and house gets warmer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
A quality company with an owner who cares, is extremely knowledgeable, and will go out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. I highly suggest using Monocacy!
