The work and the products used were all very high end, and the overall experience was the best I have had in my many years of dealing with contractors, which can often be a very trying endeavor. So I didn't hesitate to ask him to completely gut and renovate the master bathroom in our primary residence. As before, the tradesmen were very enjoyable to work with and went out of there way to make sure evey aspect of their work was just as my wife and I invisioned it, even if it required additional time and effort. Tim was always available for any technical issues and was always quick to resolved them in the most favorable way. The pricing was great and there was never any attempt to charge a little more due to unexpected problems. The price was the price. We couldn't have been happier with the final work. Tim and his tradesman were a blessing. BILT will forever be my go to contractor.”
