I've been a customer for about four years and am always grateful for the clarity of communication, pleasantness, helpful professional advice, solid work and reasonable pricing. If I were to ever open a business myself, this is how I would want customers to feel. They do electrical and HVAC work in addition to plumbing.
Excellent service and top notch professional. I have not had the pleasure of using Archibald’s on a plumbing job yet but I have contacted them numerous times to discuss issues and had them come take a look. He is very generous with knowledge and is not interested in taking your money unnecessarily—which is why I haven’t used him yet. He seems really sharp and knowledgeable. I would certainly have him work on any plumbing issue I have. I will say his rates are not going to be the most affordable. But I suppose you get what you pay for!
