I reached out to pcEverying after my son's laptop stopped working. He quickly identified the problem, installed a new hard drive, and saved us from having to purchase another computer. And his fees are extremely reasonable. He was also very responsive and helpful after the fact as we struggled to get some software re-installed and eventually my son's computer was just like new! Would absolutely use pcEverything again in the future!

I called PC everything because my MAC was not working properly and I was amazed at how quickly John was able to see me. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I picked up my MAC the following morning and it was fixed. His fee was reasonable and he said if I had any issues within 30 Days he would see me at no cost. To be sure If I have any future issues I will definately go back to him. Highly recommend him!

i would highly recommend John to take care of any computer issue that you may be having. He is a knowledgeable trouble shooter, patient and willing to do anything to get the job done right. I had an issue with a bad download for Windows 10 that fried my hard drive. John was always available to give advice when I was out of state to help with the issue until I could get it into his hands to fix properly and has been in touch since fixing it to check in and make sure things are still working correctly. Don't call Geek Squad, call John!
