Contacted company in October 2023 regarding installing a fire bowl on side of pool. The gas line and column was already built. Just need valve installed and bowl hooked up to line. The gentlemen they sent out were very professional. Unfortunately, that was the only positive. After signing the estimate invoice, I was told the project would be completed in within a couple weeks. A couple weeks went by and never heard from them. I called and was told they were obtaining the permit the next day and they would call to schedule the install. Early yesterday morning I found a small stream of water coming from my failing pressure tank. I am a DIYer in all things but realized the time element was too much a factor here. I called Reed whom I had never done business with before. Said they would be there between 12 and 2, and two young but experienced guys were there at 12. They were gone at 2, and not only efficiently and ably replaced the 30 yo tank but also fixed a second difficult leaking supply pipe that I had put off for years. And not only was the situation resolved but a low pressure condition to several locations in the house we had endured for years was also fixed with a new regulator.
