We (Captain & I) had the BEST EXPERIENCE today!! Captain is my 12 year old Red Lab. He has advanced Hip Dysplasia. Eddie was so gentle with him. (Captain hates his nails to be trimmed). Captain made a new friend, and we have a New Groomer!! Thank You so much!!!

I took my Maltese mix after I had neglected to get her groomed for over six months. Maddie was a nightmare of hair and mats but I did try to cut out the majority of the mats. I usually have her groomed every six weeks but I had radiation in August and was extremely sick until March this year. Gail shaved her and made her look so cute. I am totally in love with Gail and her amazing kindness to fix the mess I made of my sweet baby.

We love Miss Gail! My sweet Bella has been going to Miss Gail to be beautified for almost 10 years now. I'm very thankful for the way Miss Gail does her appointments. I am not one that likes to have Bella in a kennel, so dropping her off at her appointment and being able to pick her up as soon as she is done is perfect for me!
