The staff at the Mt Airy Great Clips are always wonderful. They cut my hair to exact specifications. I just wish there was not as much turnover. Every time, it seems I build a rapport with a stylist she rotates on. 😒

Had my most recent 3 haircuts here, all from different stylists just whoever was available. While I'm not picky about my hair these 3 have been exceptionally good haircuts in my eyes and everyone is very polite. Probably my favorite great clips location to date

Seems most of the poor reviews are from last decade, the staff has turned over by now and those reviews should not reflect this salon today. I started going here after the pandemic when I realized I no longer had to book an appointment days in advance. Online check in works well, at times I take my chances with a spontaneous walk in. Most times I am served, yesterday I was not as others had already booked a time. No problem, I took the risk so I'm about to book my time now for today. Keep in mind I am a senior man, read I am not that particular. But every cut I have had here was just fine and the stylists were all nice to me.
