I called at least 10 different places in a few different cities looking for a box of flooring that is now discontinued. Everyone I talked to told me that there was no way to get it and that I was out of luck. So as a last ditch effort, I called Bay country floors. Lisa answered the phone. She was very sweet and pleasant. I told her what was going on, she looked into it for me, and had the box of flooring that I needed within a few days. Great customer service. Special thanks to Lisa and the folks there.

Excellent experience working with this company. Nick was great to work with and very knowledgeable. The installers were professional and fast. We had two levels done in hardwood, and are very happy with the result. Highly recommended.

We worked with the salesperson Nick, who was very knowledgeable and nice. The install guys were very nice and kid friendly (I had my two little home today). Everything looks great and they care about attention to detail. Owner Chris is awesome. Def recommend!
