The haircuts are “okay” for the price, but the barbers lack skill in fading. I requested a fade but ended up with a number 1 cut, which is just a short haircut. Additionally, when I asked for some adjustments, the barber appeared irritated because it was what I originally asked for, even though I wanted it shorter.

Had a wonderful experience at T's today for my first visit. I walked in and was seated immediately. Had a nice introductory chat with the barber since it was our first meeting, and I showed him some pictures from a fairly recent haircut that I received and liked (the stylist that had done the cut in the pictures I shared decided it was time to retire). He acknowledged the style and details, and he immediately got started. He was fast and efficient, yet relaxed and friendly. He provided me with a quality cut with excellent service at a great price; I am very happy with the end result and based on this experience, I will definitely be returning!

It's never a good feeling to feel like you should really return to ask for your money back after a haircut. Unfortunately, here I sit. The crumbled shell of a man. Dejected and downtrodden. Looking into the mirror wondering how to rectify the uneven mess of hair that fate and the stylist dealt me. I inquisit to myself, "Did I not ask the stylist if they could cut my hair as depicted in the picture? Did I not give clear and simple feedback about how I wished for my hair to look?"
