Ben is the best BMW mechanic in the area. Sarli is the only place to go.
It's been said by others already but I'll say it some more and then some. Let's start with the owner, Ben Sarli. Simply as a person he's just a great human being. Down to earth, smart, funny (ask him for some sound effects (or don't) :) honest, and extremely caring ). The caring part carries over into the professional aspect of who Ben is; he wants you to have a great experience and not feel like you've been bent over a barrel in doing so. Ben knows what he's doing. He doesn't just swap parts, he troubleshoots and fixes. When the local dealerships bring him cars they cannot actually fix (versus swapping parts) they go see Ben. He's old school and very much a craftsman. If something is not needed he's not going to do it anyway and charge you. He's also a true enthusiast of motorsports and he races.
