Andre went through everything carefully, laid out the options, and gave a detailed and reasonable estimate. His focus was in ensuring the items received the attention he felt they deserved. I also left both a handmade, delicate Renaissance festival corset top and a multi-layered elaborate skirt for cleaning.

The pickup and checkout process was prompt and efficient. The work was absolutely done with real care - everything was fresh, spotless, and professionally sealed. The stuffed animals are back to their sparkling selves, and the top and skirt are ready for another season of celebration.
