We highly recommend Capital Insurance Restorations!!! They did an amazing job replacing our roof, gutters, and downspouts and replacing our front door. We hired them as a result of hail damage. Our contractor was Josh. From start to finish, he made the entire process seamless. He handled everything from inspecting our roof to negotiating with our insurance company. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with! Our new roof looks amazing. The quality of the installation is clearly superior, and we feel confident knowing our home is protected for years to come. I highly recommend Capitol Insurance Restoration! Andrew Crawford was wonderful to work with from start to finish. The team he hired to replace our roof worked incredibly hard, remained clean and professional, and finished the entire job in just one day.
Fast forward four years later, we were selling our house and the home inspection identified one small area where the flashing was loose. We contacted Andrew, and he immediately sent an installer out to our house. The installer nailed down and sealed the flashing in less than five minutes. While he was up on the roof, he even went out of his way to hammer in a gutter nail that had backed out.

Capital Insurance Restorations replaced my roof almost two weeks ago. They were not the cheapest bid but after talking with them, I felt as though I could trust Kevin and his team and get questions answered honestly and with more information than I would get from other roofing companies I spoke with. One of the owners (Jeff) even came by multiple times during the two-day job to check on status. Kevin's team was incredible in their efficiency and speed. Insurance did not cover the full roof replacement I needed, and I had to pay additional cost to add new underlying plywood, but I felt like everything was transparent and above board.
