Javier Reyes was here to replace our 30 year old HVAC system. Arrived promptly, professional and courteous throughout the two day install. Represents the company well!Made sure we understood the new system and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend.
I have been a cusotmer for a few years now and have the maintenance plan which has been extremely helpful with keeping me at ease. Javier Reyes came today for a maintenance check up and he was on time and very professional. I recommend this company to my family and friends.
I just had my entire HVAC system (AC and Furnace) replaced. AC was 30 years old and Furnace was 20 yrs old. The AC went out with a big bang on a hot Sunday. B&B sent out a tech next day and I received a very competitive and fully detailed quote from the manager. Parts were ordered and installation started 2 days later. Techs Michael and Bryce showed up to get the job done. They started early in the morning, took little breaks, and worked around the clock. They kept me informed all the way of the work being done, they were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable on their craft.
