Tish is truly gifted. I’ve attended several of her sound bath classes at 120 Wellness, and every single experience has been incredible but my very first session is something I’ll never forget.

I came in with a sinus infection and a sore throat, feeling completely congested and drained. After the sound bath, my ears literally opened up, I could breathe clearly through my nose, and I walked out feeling lighter, clearer, and completely rejuvenated. It honestly felt like my energy had been cleansed and reset.

Excellent service from start to finish. I felt the effects of the IV almost instantly, which was exactly what I needed. Jody is incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. Highly recommend.
