This was a refreshing and surprising visit. Staff was not only super helpful, but extremely patient and knowledgable. JQ knows where everything bundle of hair in that store is. Customer service is rarely impressionable anymore. Those ladies were amazing. Queenie rang us up and kept us smiling out the door. ☺

Love this store so much been a few months now. I drive from one side of the county over here past several closer stores its like being with family .I love the atmosphere and you can browse and not be harassed but help is always available. Queenie is such a vibe she give big sister energy and Im here for it she very informative about products and anything else you want to chat about and she do it with a smile .

Best customer service hands down. Every employee is knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. Visiting here is a must, plus the prices are also great. I’m writing this review in the store so that should tell you something! 😂
