My husband contacted them in an emergency situation with our frank . They went above and beyond to help our Frankie but unfortunately he was very sick . Dr Westall ,Kathy and all staff that were there that day made time for him even though they were extremely busy .They all showed nothing but compassion,patience and kindness . Our hearts our broken and our home will never be the same without our silly little lovable Frank. We just wanted valley veterinary Hospital to know how we appreciate all they tried to do to help our Frank .
As a life long pet parent, I cannot say enough good things about Valley Vet in Middletown. The Doctor is phenomenal, the vet techs are so caring and compassionate and the front staff is ALWAYS accomodating. We are so thankful our 4 legged family members receive such outstanding care so close to home.
Valley Vet hospital is one of the best places to take your fur babies, If your in Middletown area and need a reliable and respectful vet, I strongly recommend going here. All staff are amazing and care for your animals just as there own.
