Excellent and meticulous work done by the building crew. Ray and Charles were excellent at helping me get the deck and patio i had envisioned and all keeping at a very decent price.
This is now the third time we have contracted with Residential Improvement Services: re-do and improvement of a deck; re-design and construction of a front walkway; and, design and construction of a stone patio. Their work is exceptional; their staffing does superb work, even through heat and cold; and, the end-result is always fabulous. We cannot say enough about the creativity, the work ethic and the time to complete when promised... We wouldn't consider another company for deck/patio work. Had a 500 Sqft deck rebuilt and added a screened in porch. We interviewed 4 different builders and settled on RIS due to scope of work they could provide and price. They provided good communication and clear drawings. Charlie Frothingham was great! Was responsive to clarifying our questions and clearing up any discrepancies we had between our vision and what could be done. Very positive experience. We would absolutely have them do work for us again. Would recommend.
