Overall nice people but sometimes not great customer service… I tried to schedule an appointment and had questions about services and the time of the appointment. She told me that she was busy and before she could say anything else I hung up. If you are so busy that you cannot answer questions for your customer, hire a receptionist who can. The last time I did have an appointment, they did not stick to the appointment time either .Lastly, they have done no updates since opening and it is starting to look a little shabby … i feel owners are taking customers for granted.Service: Manicure

I don’t like writing bad reviews but…The employees are pleasant but I try to avoid this place. I needed a pedicure badly today and I was lazy to do this myself, so I decided to go somewhere close and easy.I prefer Gel Pedis but the service was quick and poorly cleaned. When I was done with the service, the lady said “ok, done you can put your shoes on.” I tried to have a closer look but felt like I needed leave quickly.I got home and saw my cuticles were not pushed back, the polish did not cover the entire nail, I still had dirt under my toes, and the gel polish dried on my skin (which can lead to lifting, and at times allergy for some people).But this is not...read full review
