Bob helped us through the process of getting a torched down rubber roof for our dormer, he explained everything to us and he was very friendly and professional… his workers were friendly and when finished cleaned up and hauled away trash… they take before n after photos too… I’d definitely recommend Bob and Aero Roofing if you need a new roof, their prices are also very reasonable
I had gutters, down spouts & gutter guards installed. I contacted Bob from Aero Residential Contractors for an estimate, met with Bob the same day. I had the estimate the next day. Reviewed multiple estimates over the weekend & decided on Aero. Monday morning I dropped off the signed contract & deposit. Bob mentioned it could take several weeks which was acceptable. That afternoon he called and said a contractor was available that afternoon. I met the team of 5 at 5pm, they completed the job promptly, professionally, working non-stop till completed, cleaning up the job site well. Gutters & Down spouts look great! Second time I had this company do my roof. First one lasted 13 years and was damaged from some high wind storms. Called Rob Long about making some repairs and after a discussion ,decided to replace whole roof with a better and more modern shingle . Whole process was as easy as the first time. Rob does a great job of communicating from start to finish. Crew did an excellent job of tearing off and replacing roof. Job site was cleaned up when the job was done and there was no trace of them being there. Always do excellent work and easy people to work with !!
