Great gym! They have real weight lifting equipment and extra bars and grips for the equipment. A complete opposite of planet fitness type of weight selection. And people put their weights back here. Lol

This is not a fancy gym, but it has a good variety of equipment. The equipment is not new, but in good working condition. They recently recovered the seats and pads, so things feel newer now. This gym is very clean, and was even before Covid. The staff is always friendly and helpful!

SMAC is an amazing fitness facility. The staff and patrons create a friendly, family-like atmosphere at every visit. The equipment and classes offer an opportunity to fit all of your exercise needs. Membership prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this gym.
